Fabian embarked on his distinguished 29-year law enforcement career with the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, where he initially focused on major narcotics and fraud investigations. In 2007, Fabian transitioned to the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office, where he continued to broaden his investigative expertise. At the DA’s Office, he handled a diverse array of cases, including child abduction, homicide, robbery, theft, and investigations involving registered sex offenders. His role in these investigations required a deep understanding of various aspects of criminal behavior and the legal processes necessary to resolve such serious matters effectively.
Fabian’s tenure at the DA’s Office also saw him engaged in special investigations involving alleged police misconduct. This aspect of his work required a meticulous approach to ensure thorough and impartial investigations, addressing sensitive issues within the law enforcement community. His career highlights include specialized skills in infrastructure security and event threat analysis for major events like the Oscars and Grammy Awards. Doug now leads Virtual Cyber Cop, focusing on cyber crime solutions.

Chuck’s 32-year law enforcement career spans supervisory roles in major criminal investigations and tactical operations.
