DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Chuck brings over 32 years of extensive law enforcement experience, during which he has supervised and conducted investigations into some of the most high-profile criminal cases. His expertise includes working with violent crime task forces and leading tactical teams. Chuck began his career with a decade of service at the Indio Police Department, where he developed his skills in managing complex criminal operations.
Following this, he spent 22 years with the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office, where he served as both a Senior and Supervising Investigator. During his tenure, Chuck coordinated and led some of the largest organized crime investigations in the history of law enforcement, including notable operations such as Falling Sun and Eastern Encore.
In addition to his investigative work, Chuck has played a critical role in the management of law enforcement for large-scale events. He has overseen hundreds of sworn officers in ensuring public safety at the annual Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals, where he took on responsibilities such as the direct supervision of high-priority areas, including the stages, artist entry, and other key operational aspects of the venue.
His leadership and organizational abilities have been instrumental in maintaining security and smooth operations at these massive events.
Chuck has managed hundreds of sworn law enforcement officers for large-scale events such as the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals. His role included direct supervision of high-priority areas of the venue, ensuring efficient coordination and safety measures.

Chuck’s 32-year law enforcement career spans supervisory roles in major criminal investigations and tactical operations. With a foundation at the Indio Police Department and significant tenure at the Riverside County DA’s Office, he’s led landmark organized crime investigations and directed security for major events like Coachella.
Colin, with a 28-year tenure in law enforcement and notable roles including the FBI’s Supervisory Senior Resident Agent, specializes post-retirement in corporate investigations and security. He’s a certified expert in fraud and money laundering, with advanced degrees in Accounting, Economics, and an MBA.
