In 2005, Ian transitioned to the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office, where he took on more complex and challenging cases. His work at the DA’s office has included investigations into domestic violence, career criminals, sexual assault, and human trafficking, areas that require not only keen investigative skills but also a deep understanding of the psychological and social factors involved. Doug brings 27 years of investigative expertise from the Los Angeles Police Department, retiring from the Major Crimes Division with a broad experience in handling high-profile cases such as homicides, cyber crimes, and more. His career highlights include specialized skills in infrastructure security and event threat analysis for major events like the Oscars and Grammy Awards. Doug now leads Virtual Cyber Cop, focusing on cyber crime solutions.
